Forever Kids is a grape-flavored chewable tablet with vitamins, minerals and a blend of fruit and vegetable powders. It is made for children, and Forever says it is great for adults too. A bottle holds 120 tablets.

How to use
Serving size: 4 tablets for adults and children 4 or more years of age; 2 tablets for children 1-3 years of age. Chew thoroughly before swallowing. Always follow the directions on the product label.
