Forever Arctic Sea is an omega-3 softgel made from fish and calamari oils. The fish oils come from four sources: cod, salmon, anchovy and sardine. The softgels have a citrus flavor and aroma, and a bottle holds 120.

Ingredients: Natural fish oil, calamari oil, gelatin, olive oil, glycerin, purified water, lemon oil (natural flavor), lime oil (natural flavor), and d-alpha tocopherol. Contains fish (anchovy, salmon, cod, sardine).
At the full daily amount of six softgels, that is 1,305 mg of omega-3s, with 600 mg of EPA and 600 mg of DHA.
How to use
Take 2 softgels with meals three times daily as a dietary supplement.
