Vital5 is a Forever pak of five products with an easy-to-follow supplement schedule. You choose the aloe drink: Aloe Vera Gel, Aloe Peaches, Aloe Berry Nectar or Forever Freedom. The other four are the same in every pak: Forever Daily, Forever Active Pro-B, Forever Arctic Sea and ARGI+.

What each product adds, according to Forever:
- Forever Active Pro-B — “Includes clinically-studied probiotics in a balanced blend of six strains to promote healthy digestion, enhance nutrient absorption and support immune function,” with over 8 billion CFU.
- Forever Daily — “A perfectly balanced blend of aloe coated vitamins and minerals,” enhanced with the AOS Complex.
- Forever Arctic Sea — “A perfectly balanced omega-3 supplement.”
- ARGI+ — “L-Arginine is a powerful amino acid that helps the body create nitric oxide, which increases blood flow to major organs and supports cellular function.”

How to use
Follow the directions for each product in the pak:
- Aloe Vera Gel, Aloe Peaches or Aloe Berry Nectar — Shake well. Refrigerate after opening.
- Forever Freedom — Take 4 oz. twice daily. Shake container well before use. Refrigerate after opening. Caution: If you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, or are taking medication, please consult your health care professional before use.
- Forever Daily — Take 2 tablets daily as a dietary supplement.
- Forever Active Pro-B — Take one capsule daily with water. For best results, do not store at temperatures above 77 degrees F (25 degrees C).
- Forever Arctic Sea — Take 2 softgels with meals three times daily as a dietary supplement.
- ARGI+ — Mix one packet of ARGI+ Enhanced Formula well with 8 fl. oz. (240 mL) of water or other beverage once daily.
