How to Track Your Forever Living Order

Once your Forever Living order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email from Forever Living Products. Here is how to use it and what to expect throughout the delivery process.

When Will I Get My Tracking Number?

Forever Living sends a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched from their warehouse. This typically happens within 2–5 business days of placing your order. Check your spam or junk folder if you do not see it in your inbox.

How to Track Your Order

1. Open your shipping confirmation email from Forever Living
2. Find your tracking number (a series of letters and numbers)
3. Click the tracking link in the email, or copy the tracking number
4. Go to the carrier’s website (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS — specified in your email) and paste the tracking number
5. View real-time updates on your shipment’s location and estimated delivery date

Understanding Tracking Status Updates

• Order Received — Forever Living has received your order and is processing it
• Shipped / In Transit — Your package is on its way
• Out for Delivery — Your package will arrive today
• Delivered — Your package has been delivered

What If My Package Hasn’t Moved?

Tracking information sometimes takes 24–48 hours to update after your order ships. If there is no movement for more than 5 business days, contact Forever Living customer service with your order number and tracking number.

My Order Shows Delivered But I Haven’t Received It

Check with neighbors and in any secure areas near your delivery address. If the package is still missing 24 hours after the reported delivery, contact Forever Living customer service directly.
